Dried Sweet Fish or ปลาริวกิว. Fried sweet fish is an excellent dish when served with rice soup or congee for breakfast as well as for snacking. Fry in a pan or wok with medium to low heat and little bit of oil. When the color starts changing to light brown, flip to the other side. Or put in microwave. Ingredients: Sweet fish, salt.
