How to Order?
Online : You can place an order online
using credit card. GroceryThai.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to secure its website (please read our Privacy
Notice). We are currently accept visa, mastercard, Paypal and Google Checkout . For Paypal customer, your order will be process after we receive your payment or your e-check has been cleared. Currently, the Google checkout is not available online, if you prefer this method, please state your items, quantities and post code thru this page, we will email an invoice to your google account.
Once you completed an order online, should you received a confirmation email from
us. If you do not received any email, please call (562) 309 1112 (9.00 to 16.00
Mon-Fri, US:Pacific Time) or send an email thru this page.
After order has been shipped, you will received an email states delivered status
with tracking number (There is no tracking number for USPS: First Class Mail Service, APO Address and some international shipments).

Most orders will be processed within 24- 48 business hours. If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date, please indicate in the comment box when you check out, and please allow appropriate time for us to process your order.
For fresh items, like produce and dessert, we will ship on Monday only. By doing this, we can ship your produce or dessert while it is fresh. If one of these days is a holiday, we will ship on the next business day. However, if your order is delayed. You will be notified by e-mail.
To save shipping costs: If you order a heavy weight merchandise such as
a household item, beverages or sauces along with fresh produce or dessert, please
seperate your order. Ship your heavy weight items by USPS: parcel post
, Fed EX: Ground for lower shipping cost. In the other order, ship the fresh
produce or dessert as stated below.
If you wish to order fresh produce and fresh dessert,
please select Priority Mail (For USPS) or 2nd Day Air (For FEDEX) only. Customers
who live in California, Utah, Nevada, Arizona can select Ground shipping service.
We will not guarantee the freshness of those items if
you failed to do so and will not accept the returned merchandise. We
will contact you through email before shipping.
Note : We reserved the right to cancel any orders.
Shipping
How do we calculate shipping cost?
Our shipping cost is a real time quote from our shipping carriers such as FEDEX and, USPS; depends upon delivery options, weight, distance, dimension of the package. All shipments (except USPS:First Class Mail, APO, and some international shipments) come with tracking number will be emailed to you.
Note
When you selected 2nd day (FedEx) or priority mail (USPS) delivery option , it is not
guaranteed you will always received the package in few days. Please allow extra days for holidays, weather, unexpect events. For customers who order fresh produce or fresh
dessert, we will inform you via email when we will ship, to ensure the freshness.
We do not want our food sit at transit station too long.
Food items with liquid or water usually carry heavy weight, please do not panic
when you add one item in shopping cart and see high shipping cost compare to price
of product. The shipping is not that high, but product price is too low. Fed Ex, USPS
start their shipping fee for 1 lb.(0.1 to 1 lb.) at $4-6 depends on location, but linearly
decrease for more weight.
We reserved the right to ship merchandise thru any shipping carriers.
Where do we ship ?
For addresses within the United States, and territories, we ship via USPS, FedEx(if applicable).
P.O.Box Addresses ; We ship via USPS only. Fedex does not deliver to Post Office Box addresses in the US. If you would like to select Fedex, please provide your physical address in order to process the shipment.
APO/FPO Addresses ; We ship via USPS, please show the grade, full name with a middle name or initial and PSC number, unit number or ship name. Replace the city name with “APO” or “FPO” and the state with “AA” for Armed Forces Americas, “AC” for Armed Forces Canada, “AE” for Armed Forces Europe, “AF” for Armed Forces Africa, “AP” for Armed Forces Pacific, “AM” for Armed Forces Middle East and use a special ZIP Code.
International addresses ; We ship via USPS or FedEx.
For International customer: We do not accept NON-US credit card Issuers. The alternative payments are as follow;
1. Google Checkout. If you prefer this method, please state your items, quantities and your country thru this page, we will email you an invoice. You review the amount and pay thru Google checkout. This option requires you to create account at Google.
2. PAYPAL. Please check if paypal is available in your country. Similar to Google checkout, please state your products, quantities and your country thru this page, we will email you an invoice.
You can view the shipping fee when you check out. Please note Fed Ex and USPS offer varies rates depend on destination and delivery options. They do not provide ground service in some countries. For economy rate, please email us, states items, quantities and your address. We will email you the cheapest rate as possible.
Estimate Delivery Time
Domestic Addresses.
Fed Ex : The estimate delivery times for domestic are ;
FedEx Priority Overnight Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Available to all 50 U.S. states.
FedEx 2Day By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
FedEx Ground 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
FedEx Home Delivery 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; add 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
USPS : The estimate delivery time for
USPS within the 48 continental states are varie on locations and delivery options;
Express Mail next day, 1 to 2 business days in many locations
Priority Mail 1-3 Days. Please note there is no guarantee delivery for this service, and might take up to 14 days.
First class mail (if your order is applied) 1-3 days
Parcel post 2-9 days
From our shipping experience, it might add little extra day(s) for some locations
and season. We can not guarantee arrival time. For APO/FPO address, it might takes
up to 12 weeks for delivery time. Once our package shipped to USPS mail system,
we can not track or guarantee the arrival.
International Addresses.
The estimate delivery times for International are various by countries. We try our best to ship fast and at the inexpensive rate. However, there are differences in custom and mailing transit systems of each country. Customer will be take responsibility for import tax and special fees, if any occurred. We can not guaranteed arrival or delivery time though you have selected Express Service. There is no refund for the product(s) and shipping fee if the package is undeliverable.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Grocerythai.com, we are committed to serving you with the best. If you are not satisfied with any merchandise, you may exchange or return it within 20 days. Sorry, fresh produce and dessert are not returnable.
For exchange, we will send you new merchandise once we receive the item.
For return, you will receive a credit which can be applied toward the next purchase. Please note all return merchandises will be charge 25% restocking fee.
Please note that all exchange and return merchandise must be packed in the original package. Contact us via email before exchange or return of any merchandise for confirmation and procedure. Please state your order number, date, and item which you want to return or exchange here . We will reimburse shipping cost only if the shipping was caused by our mistake.
